Free consultation for a maximum of 3 times according to artist’s schedule

Design Request

• Design fee is included in tattoo price. Design process begins after 30% down payment is received.
• Our artist will make a rough sketch based on client’s idea/drawing. A rough sketch will be sent for approval by the client.
• Any suggestions while design process are very much appreciated
• Changes only apply 3 times and do not apply to changes to the initial concept. Changes to the initial design concept will be additionally charged.
• Artist will gradually send the design progress to the client
• Down payment will be forfeited if client does not get tattoo done at kinktattoocanggu / kinktattoobali

Hourly Rate

Clients who opt for an hourly rate tattoo session will have their session’s timing commence from the moment the stencil is applied to their skin.

Our experienced tattoo artists are committed to providing top-quality service and craftsmanship during your session, regardless of whether a fixed or hourly rate was chosen.

The hourly rate will continue to accrue throughout your tattoo appointment, accounting for any breaks, adjustments, consultations, or other necessary steps during the process.

Deposit

• All booking deposits are non-refundable & non-transferrable.
• Deposit will be forfeited if you cancel the appointment for any reason.
• For  a major change to your design concept, we require at least two business days’ prior notice, otherwise this will be considered a cancellation and you will need to re-book appointment with a new deposit paid.
• Deposits are valid for 6 months.

No Deposit Appointment

Clients who opt not to place a deposit for their tattoo appointment will be treated as walk-in customers, and subject to the following policy:

the tattoo artist will only be scheduled to come & work on your design after you arrive at the studio. This means that you may need to wait for the artist. Approximate waiting time will be informed.

Reschedules

• Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 7 days notice for full day appointment and 2 days notice for standard appointment.
• All reschedule requests and cancellations must be written by mail or messenger.
• We only allow one time reschedule. Repeated rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation.
• Deposits are valid for 1 year.

Freehand charging

For free hand tattoo (drawing sketch directly onto your skin rather than using a stencil) we charge from the moment the pen touches your skin

Touch Up

• Free touch ups do not apply wrist, ankle, palm, sole, behind the ear or inner lip tattoo, these areas are prone to dropping out.
• Free touch ups do not apply to tattoo damaged by wrong treatment.
• Free touch up valid for one year, only for new tattoo.
